Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the tour type, season, and supplier conditions. Below is our standard policy unless otherwise specified.

1. Traveler-Initiated Cancellations

  • 30+ days before departure: 80% refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • 0–6 days: No refund

    Note:
    Flight/train/bus tickets and permits are non-refundable as per the provider’s policy.

2. No-Show or Late Arrival

If a customer fails to join the tour on time, no refund will be issued.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational issues:

  • You may choose a full refund OR a rescheduled tour.
  • Refund excludes third-party charges not refunded to us.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
