1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • Prices may vary based on availability, seasonal demand, and supplier rates.
  • Full payment must be made before departure unless otherwise stated.

2. Traveler Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information (name, ID, passport, etc.)
  • Follow local laws, customs, and safety instructions
  • Ensure possession of valid documents (ID, passport, visa, permits)
  • Arrive on time for departures, activities, and check-ins
  • Have a valid Travel, Vehicle and Medical Insurance as applicable

3. Company Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

  • Arranging travel services as per the itinerary
  • Providing details of accommodations, transportation, and inclusions
  • Offering support during emergencies related to your booking

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Acts of nature (floods, landslides, weather delays)
  • Flight/train cancellations
  • Loss/damage of personal belongings
  • Injuries caused by negligence, risky behavior, or ignoring safety instructions
  • Your Travel, Vehicle & Medical insurance.

4. Itinerary Changes

  • Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, safety, or operational reasons.
  • Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided wherever possible.

5. Health & Fitness

Some tours involve trekking, adventure activities, altitude, or outdoor conditions.
Travellers must ensure they are physically fit and disclose health conditions beforehand.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellation
  • Loss/theft of belongings
  • Adventure/accident coverage (if relevant)

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, videos, designs) is owned by the Company.
